A game of seeing and being seen\, of posing and hiding\, of fears and longings\, of masks\, inner truth and outer image\, of appearances and being\, begins. \nHow much of what makes you\, your potential and beauty\, is visible behind the trained masks?\nWe can use the power of images to start a creative process on the way to ourselves\, our essence\, to find an artistic expression together with the desire to move. This creates an awareness that allows us the freedom to choose. \nIn this workshop we will explore how we can be congruent\, how our outer appearance goes together with the inner feeling\, how we make our essence visible.\nTo visualize\, we will actually design our masks and move with them. The camera will support you to discover the beauty of your being under the beautiful appearance. \nSeminarhaus Hollerbühl is a wonderful place where I have enjoyed giving intensive\, heart-opening workshops for 16 years.
