SUMMARY:heart's whisper - dagmar cee & bettina leuckert
DESCRIPTION:A Waves and Heartbeat Summer Retreat with Bettina Leuckert and Dagmar Cee  \n \nListening. Listening to hearts\, our own and those of others. They tell a lot if we take the time and space to really listen. Rhyme and unrhyme – the movement allows everything to show itself. We listen with our bodies\, we dance and become receptive to the messages from within that are often lost in everyday life.\n \nWith the Waves Level of the 5Rhythms we start the journey – from the talking head to the talking body. We ground and center ourselves\, loosen what is stuck\, get ready for further research and integrate what we have experienced.\nOn the Heartbeat Level we explore the feelings that move us. We learn to surf the waves they bring and strengthen the trust in their positive powers.\nWe will weave these two levels together during our summer week.\n \nWe move indoors and outdoors\, have a wonderful seminar house on the edge of the Schorfheide National Park. The food is vegetarian and delicious.
