DESCRIPTION:There are so many varieties of joy: the satiated contentment\, the sky-high exultation\, the butterflies in the stomach\, the pleasurable sigh or the grateful fulfilment… To explore the lightness of being\, we have a whole weekend…\n\nIt’s not about feeling good\, it’s about feeling good! This is a much quoted phrase of mine and for me it means\, among other things\, to give space to what is slumbering in us at the moment and to meet it with authenticity. Be it “good” or otherwise. In movement and with mindfulness\, we can create awareness of where we are right now.\n\nSometimes it’s a matter of perspective\, how we view and shape our lives: Our attitude\, our mindset and our way of thinking. How can we open ourselves to the positive without negating what is? Can we accept it?
