We ask our inner explorer “what action can I take” in my quest for a better life\, a better world\, better relationships?  \nOur inner Warrior in Light gifts us with the discipline and courage to speak our truth and stay on our committed path. Together\, the Explorer and Warrior release the lover in each of us as we put down our shield and welcome love and belonging into our lives.\n\nA weekend with the master teacher of 5Rhythms®\, Jonathan Horan! This is a new workshop offering with the first launch happening in Europe. \n\n\n“If you want to be a warrior\, prepare to be hurt. Together\, the explorer and the warrior liberate the lover in each of us by shedding our shields and welcoming love and belonging into our lives.\n\nA weekend with Jonathan Horan\, son of Gabrielle Roth!  \nThis is a new workshop he is offering for the first time in Europe. \nThe workshop language is English. \n \nPrerequisites: Waves\nThis workshop counts as 2.5 days WAVES for the 5rhythms-teachers-training-application.\n \nJonathan Horan\n\nJonathan is Gabrielle Roth’s son and closest collaborator. He has been immersed in the 5Rhythms® throughout his life and continues to be a key catalyst in its evolution. “From the mountains and oceans of Big Sur to the skyscrapers and theatres of NYC\, I grew up in extremes and learned a deep respect for the wilderness that is both nature and human nature. When I was nine\, I participated in my first 5Rhythms workshop – my grandfather was dying\, my mom was very fragile and I was worried about her so I hung around. I fell in love with the work\, the rhythms\, the people\, the freedom and the discipline. By seventeen\, I had dropped in fully and I have done almost every workshop Gabrielle has taught in the last twenty-five years.
