DESCRIPTION:The Magic of Simplicity \nOur annual charity Pentecost workshop with Bettina Leuckert www.bettina-leuckert.com\, Dagmar Cee and guests: Miriam Spichiger (CH) https://www.5rhythms.com/teachers/Miriam+Spichiger\, Michael Sjøholm (AU) and Jonas Klingberg (S) wwww.bodymoves.se. \nKeep it simple\, one step at a time – these are phrases we are familiar with. But how do they work in practice? How do they serve us on the dance floor and in everyday life?  In this workshop we want to focus on simple and fundamental aspects that connect us all: Breath\, attention\, movement. Starting from these\, we explore the map of the 5Rhythms\, taking plenty of time for each individual rhythm.  In our practice\, we find a deeper connection with ourselves and with each other\, allowing us to recalibrate ourselves. This is how we inspire and support each other to be as grounded\, centered and present as possible in a world that seems increasingly crazy\, complicated and complex. Let’s create magical moments together!  We have been offering this Pentecost workshop for many years\, so it has become deeply rooted over time and is supported by a wonderful community of committed dancers!
