A game of seeing and being seen\, of showing off and hiding\, of fears and longings\, of masks\, inner truth and outer image begins.How much of what makes you\, your potential and beauty\, is visible behind the trained masks?We can use the power of images to start a creative process on the way to ourselves\, our essence\, to find an artistic expression together with the desire to move. This creates an awareness that gives us the freedom to choose.In this workshop\, we will explore how we can be congruent\, how our outer appearance can merge with our inner feelings\, how we can make our essence visible.To visualize this\, we will actually design our masks and move with them.
