DESCRIPTION:A Waves and Heartbeat Workshop in Basel \nIt takes courage to communicate what we would like or not. It takes courage to stand up for yourself and for your own history. And it takes courage and ardor to let your heart burn for something or someone. \n\n\nIn this workshop we will embark on a journey of discovery\, exploring how we can find our center well grounded; how we can step from there into the world; how we can embrace ourselves as our own authority. We want to move through aggression\, anger and passion\, distinguish between them and explore how much strength there is in accepting our vulnerability. The rhythm staccato will be our main teacher\, a sense of humor and a lot of cordiality our companions. \nThe 5Rhythms® are wonderful tools for self-exploration. The practice is as simple as it is deep. Their formless shape gives us the right balance between sufficient structure and freedom to let our bodies and hearts find their very own dance and get closer to ourselves in the process. \n— \nIt takes courage to communicate what we want or don’t want. It takes courage to stand up for ourselves and our own stories. And it takes courage to set our hearts on fire for something or someone and defend what we love….  \n\nThis workshop is a journey of discovery: How to find our well-grounded center\, from which we come to face the world\, showing our untamed\, raw\, exceptional self and figure out how we can accept ourselves as our own authority. We will move through aggression\, anger and passion\, differentiate between them and explore how much power lies in accepting our vulnerability.
