In movement and with mindfulness\, we can create awareness of where we are right now.\n\nSometimes it’s a matter of perspective\, how we view and shape our lives: Our attitude\, our mindset and our way of thinking. How can we open ourselves to the positive without negating what is? Can we accept it?
