DESCRIPTION:One of the things I love most about the 5Rhythms is the simplicity and depth of this practice. You can\, but you don’t need any extras or supplements to make it work. When we get involved and immerse ourselves in the rhythms\, we strip off our hard shell and reach deeper layers of ourselves. Ego chatter disappears\, feelings move through us and finally our head calms down and we become quiet.
