What world does it create?\nHow does it manifest itself in your wildest dreams\, your nightmares or daydreams?\n\nSometimes we need a space\, a kind of oasis\, where we can get in touch with deeper layers\, where we can experience what lightness and support feel like. During these summer days\, we take the time to take a closer look and create a space that goes beyond what we have to do and should do\, where we can access our deep\, inner knowledge and intuition.\n\nThe movement practice of the 5Rhythms is a wonderful tool for such a time. It offers both structure and inspiration. At the Waves level\, we explore the qualities of Flowing\, Staccato\, Chaos\, Lyrical and Stillness. Our bodies become permeable and present. With the Heartbeat level\, we explore the movements of our hearts and allow ourselves to be surprised by their wisdom. Here we can cultivate the positive power that lies in our feelings.\n\nThe Breitenteicher Mühle is a wonderful place for this summer week. Situated close to the edge of the Schorfheide National Park\, we work indoors in a spacious seminar room and outdoors in nature. The food is vegetarian and delicious.
