DESCRIPTION:“To hold out your shadow to a person is to show them your light.” C.G. Jung\n \nIf our energy doesn’t flow and we drag ourselves through the days feeling sluggish\, tense\, confused or ungrounded\, i.e. we dive into a shadow realm\, the world quickly looks gray and dull. Especially in winter\, when the sun is low\, the shadows become longer and their realm larger. How can we move within it? How to develop games from it and discover treasures there? And how can the energies be brought back into the light?    Each of the 5Rhythms holds its own secrets and invites us to explore and investigate them.\n  The Hollerbühl seminar house is a wonderful place where I have enjoyed giving intensive\, moving workshops for 18 years.
