A connection to ourselves\, to our hearts and what moves them. We loosen many a layer and set in motion what may have built up. We explore how we can be and stay connected with others\, even and especially when emotions are involved. Some are easier\, some are harder to bear. Are we able to endure a friend’s sadness or anger without leaving the contact? And how do we feel about joy? And what do we actually understand about the other person? By knowing and appreciating our own feelings\, we are also better able to be with other people’s feelings\, accompany each other and be there for each other. With this in mind\, we will spend 5 days exploring together with the 5Rhythms and their maps. \nThe Breitenteicher Mühle is a wonderful place for this research trip. It is surrounded by nature\, right on the edge of the Schorfheide biosphere reserve. Here we can feel supported\, come to rest and be together as a group undisturbed. There is delicious organic vegetarian food\, a sauna\, the opportunity to dance outside and a spacious seminar room with a wonderful wooden floor.
