We will use this time of the longest nights to move through the 5Rhythms and, with their help, embark on a journey of self-discovery. We will make space for the magic of self-discovery, of pausing and marveling at the wonders of our existence.
What unknown treasures lie hidden within me? What treasures are buried beneath my old socks and heavy bricks? Are there secret compartments and a false bottom?
The Hollerbühl Seminar House is a wonderful place where I have enjoyed leading intensive, moving workshops time and again for over 20 years. With its warm, welcoming atmosphere and beautiful location in the southern Black Forest, it offers an enchanting setting for delving deeply into movement and processes together!
This workshop can be credited as 5 days of Waves experience for the 5R Teacher Training.
