Terms and Conditions

Registrations will be processed in the order they are received. Registration is valid upon confirmation and after submitting the registration form and timely transfer of the course fee, stating the course title + participant’s name, to the specified account.

Cancellation

Cancellation is possible up to 4 weeks before the event for a processing fee of €50, up to 14 days before the workshop begins for a processing fee of €150, thereafter only if a substitute participant is provided or someone from the waiting list can take the place (at the regular price), with a processing fee of €50 applicable. No refund can be issued in case of early departure from the event. Should the workshop need to be canceled on our part, the entire course fee will be refunded, but not any other costs incurred.

Declaration of Personal Responsibility – Disclaimer of Liability

The participant is aware that this movement practice is not applied for the healing of physical or mental illnesses. It is not a substitute for psychotherapeutic treatment. The participant bears sole responsibility and liability for themselves, their personal development process, and their actions, both within and outside the course. Should they suffer from a physical or mental illness, consultation with the organizer, the teacher, will be held before the course begins to determine whether participation is possible. The participant is personally liable for any damage to health and property within and outside the respective course.
