Registration is valid as of the date the payment is received in our account and once participation has been confirmed.

Declaration of Personal Responsibility – Disclaimer of Liability

I am aware that this movement practice is not used to treat physical or mental illnesses. It is not a substitute for psychotherapeutic treatment. I bear sole responsibility and liability for myself, my personal development process, and my actions, both during and outside the course. If I suffer from a physical or mental illness, I will consult with the organiser and the teacher before the start to clarify whether participation is possible.

Please note: In the event of cancellation up to 13 days in advance, a processing fee of €40 will be charged. In the event of cancellation after the 13th day, there is no entitlement to a refund of the fee unless a replacement participant is provided who pays the full price. In the event of non-participation or withdrawal, there is no entitlement to a refund. I am aware that the 5Rhythms® movement practice is not used to treat physical or mental illnesses. It is not a substitute for psychotherapeutic treatment. I bear sole responsibility and liability for myself, my personal development process, and my actions. If I suffer from a physical or mental illness, I will consult in advance about how participation is possible.
