AGB:

Die Anmeldungen werden in Reihenfolge der Eingänge berücksichtigt. Die Teilnehmerzahl ist begrenzt. Eine Abmeldung ist bis 4 Wochen vor der Veranstaltung gegen eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 70 € möglich, bis 14 Tage vor Workshop Beginn gegen eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 100 €, danach nur, wenn ein/e Ersatzteilnehmer/in gestellt wird oder von der Warteliste nachrücken kann. Bei vorzeitigem Verlassen der Veranstaltung kann kein Geld zurückerstattet werden. Sollt der Workshop von unserer Seite storniert werden müssen, wird die gesamte Kursgebühr zurückerstattet, nicht aber sonst angefallene Kosten.

Eigenverantwortungserklärung – Haftungsausschluss

Dem/der TeilnehmerIn ist bekannt, dass diese Bewegungspraxis nicht zur Heilung von körperlichen oder seelischen Krankheiten angewandt wird. Sie ist kein Ersatz für psychotherapeutische Behandlungen. Der/die Teilnehmerin trägt für sich, seinen persönlichen Entwicklungsprozess und sein Handeln die alleinige Verantwortung und Haftung, innerhalb und außerhalb des Kurses. Sollte sie/er an einer physischen oder psychischen Krankheit leiden, wird vor Beginn des Kurses Rücksprache mit der Veranstalterin, der Lehrerin gehalten, ob eine Teilnahme möglich ist. Für eventuellen Schaden an Gesundheit und Eigentum innerhalb und außerhalb des jeweiligen Kurses haftet der/die TeilnehmerIn selbst.

Terms and Conditions:

The registrations will be considered in the order of the incoming payment. Number of participants is limited.
CANCELLATION FEE: Until 4 weeks before the event: 70 € cancellation fee. Until 14 days before the event: 100 €.
On cancellation after the 14th day before the event or non-attendance you will have to pay the full amount unless you find somebody in exchange. Leaving the event ahead of time does not lead to a refund of money. When the course has to be cancelled by our side we refund the entire course fee paid. We disclaim any responsibility for other costs.

LIABILITY

The participant is aware, that this movement practice is not intended to heal physical or emotional illness as a doctor or psychotherapist could do. It does not substitute therapeutical or medical treatment.

The participant agrees that she/he is responsible and liable for her/his injuries, losses and personal process of development and for her/his doings / behaviour during the course. In case he/she does suffer from any physical or mental illness he/she will confer with a doctor / therapist and the organizers / teacher to check if participation is possible.

He/she indemnifies the course instructor, the organisation and the host of the venue from any liability claims. Every participant is liable for damages caused.
