A 5-day heartbeat retreat

Once the body has started to move, any dormant feelings can easily be released. If we accept them and move with them, we can cultivate the positive power that lies within them.
Which Melody is the one of your heart?
We have 5 days to go on a deep journey of exploration in motion and listen to the sounds of our hearts.
The Hollerbühl seminar house is a wonderful place where I have enjoyed giving intensive, moving workshops for 19 years. Located in the beautiful southern Black Forest, it offers an enchanting setting in which to engage in deep movement and processes together.

This workshop can be credited as a 5-day Heartbeat experience for the 5R Teacher Training.
