If our energy doesn’t flow and we drag ourselves through the days feeling sluggish, tense, confused or ungrounded, plunging into a realm of shadows, the world quickly looks gray and dull. When our sun is low, the shadows become longer and their realm larger. How can we move within it? How to develop games from it and discover treasures there? And how can the energies be brought back into the light?
Each of the 5Rhythms holds its own secrets and invites us to explore and investigate them.
This workshop can be credited as 2.5 days of Waves experience for the 5Rhythms Teacher Training.
