A Waves Workshop
Curiosity is the drive to want to look “behind things”. So what moves me? And what moves the others?
It is also an attitude of facing life, facing the unknown and facing not knowing. What happens when we listen to our feet and follow the breath? When we give our bodies space and the soul can paint its pictures in the room? What mysterious stories are revealed to us?

The 5Rhythms® are wonderful tools for self-exploration. The practice is as simple as it is deep. Their formless shape gives us the right balance between sufficient structure and freedom to let our bodies find their very own dance and get closer to ourselves in the process. When the body takes over and the head becomes still, a wide field of experience opens up to us.
