A Waves Workshop

The 5Rhythms are a wonderful, simple, yet profound movement meditation and method to go on a journey of discovery with yourself. They are like a map that you can navigate through. They take you far into your inner world and let you find your own truth there, if you dare to engage with it.
Flowing: Wer bin ich und was brauche ich? Staccato: Was habe ich in die Welt zu geben? Chaos: Wie kann ich feste Vorstellungen loslassen und mich dem schöpferischen Teil in mir öffnen? Lyrical: Was sind meine Muster und wie verantwortlich gehe ich mit meiner Freiheit um? Stillness: Wie agiere ich aus mir selbst und aus meiner inneren Weisheit heraus?
This workshop is designed in such a way that it is possible to find an introduction to the 5Rhythms® , as well as to deepen their practice. It counts as 2.5 days of Waves experience for Teacher Training.
