A Waves and Heartbeat Workshop

It takes courage to communicate what we want or don’t want. It takes courage to stand up for ourselves and for our own stories. And it takes courage and ardor to let your heart burn for something or someone.

In this workshop we want to explore how we can find our center well grounded and from there step into the world and how we manage to accept ourselves as our own authority. We want to move through anger, passion and aggression, distinguish between them and explore how much strength there is in accepting our vulnerability. The rhythm staccato will be our main teacher, a sense of humor and a lot of cordiality our companions.
