Our annual charity Whitsun workshop.

This year with Bettina Leuckert, Dagmar Cee, Katya Verbrugghe (B), Lucija Glagolic Hora (HR) and Pauline van Hezik (NL)

4 days, 5rhythms, 5 teachers and many dancing feet and hearts.
This year the focus is on aliveness – sometimes it seems so self-evident and sometimes it is endlessly fascinating and wondrous.

The 5Rhythms bring us into contact with different facets: flowing, percussive, wild, light, still – all these ways in which life vibrates in us and through us. Wave by wave we come into contact with what is alive in us, what wants to be let go and fall away, what wants to pulsate and renew itself.

Together we support each other in these processes – discovering, celebrating and cultivating the magic of aliveness within and between us.

This workshop is suitable for people with and without previous experience.
Half of the profits will be donated to 5Rhythms® charitable causes.
