winter magic – new year’s eve retreat

It is magical when snowflakes or hoarfrost wrap trees, meadows and forests in a white dress and a wintry cold slows down the bustle of everyday life.

The time of the longest nights invites us to pause and take a breath. When the mind calms down through movement, our senses can naturally open up to the magic that lies hidden in the winter silence.

During these five workshop days, we will treat ourselves to an inner retreat at Seminarhaus Hollerbühl, where we will approach the upcoming New Year in movement.
Dancing through the first four of the 5Rhythms prepares the ground for arriving at the fifth rhythm, the silence. Breath by breath we become still in movement. Let our inner selves shape us. Pause, like a pendulum at the reversal point. Giving space to the wisdom of the body….

This workshop counts as a 5 day Waves experience for the 5R Teacher Training.
