Zahlungs-, Stornierungs- und Haftungsbedingungen
Die Anmeldungen werden in der Reihenfolge des Zahlungseingangs berücksichtigt. Die Teilnehmerzahl ist begrenzt. Die Anmeldung ist gültig, wenn der volle Betrag der Workshopgebühr rechtzeitig auf das angegebene Bankkonto überwiesen wurde und ein ausgefülltes Anmeldeformular an den Veranstalter geschickt und die Teilnahme bestätigt wurde. Bei der Überweisung auf das angegebene Bankkonto ist der Titel des Workshops und der Name des Teilnehmers anzugeben. Alle mit der Überweisung verbundenen Bankgebühren gehen zu Lasten des Teilnehmers.
ANNULLIERUNG
Wenn Sie Ihre Anmeldung 3-4 Wochen vor der Veranstaltung stornieren, erhalten Sie eine volle Rückerstattung abzüglich einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von 50 €; 2 Wochen vorher erhalten Sie eine volle Rückerstattung abzüglich einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von 150 €. Wenn Sie 1 Woche vor dem Workshop stornieren, erhalten Sie eine volle Rückerstattung abzüglich einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von 50 %. Bei weniger als einer Woche unterliegt die Erstattung der Bedingung, dass ein Ersatzteilnehmer angemeldet wird. Wenn ein Ersatzteilnehmer angemeldet wird, erhalten Sie eine volle Rückerstattung abzüglich einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von 25 %. Wenn Sie nicht zum Workshop erscheinen, ohne sich abzumelden, wird ihre Anmeldegebühr nicht zurückerstattet.
HAFTUNG
Der/die TeilnehmerIn ist sich bewusst, dass diese Bewegungspraxis nicht dazu gedacht ist, körperliche oder emotionale Krankheiten zu heilen, wie es ein Arzt oder Psychotherapeut tun könnte. Sie ist kein Ersatz für therapeutische oder medizinische Behandlungen. Der/die TeilnehmerIn erklärt sich damit einverstanden, dass er/sie für seine/ihre Verletzungen, Verluste und persönlichen Entwicklungsprozesse und für sein/ihr Tun/Verhalten während des Kurses verantwortlich und haftbar ist. Falls er/sie an einer körperlichen oder geistigen Krankheit leidet, wird er/sie in Absprache mit einem Arzt/Therapeuten und den Organisatoren/Lehrern prüfen, ob eine Teilnahme möglich ist. Er/sie stellt den Kursleiter, die Organisation und den Gastgeber des Veranstaltungsortes von jeglichen Haftungsansprüchen frei. Jeder Teilnehmer haftet für verursachte Schäden.

Payment, cancellation and liability policy
The registrations will be considered in the order of the incoming payment. Number of participants is limited. The registration is valid after the full amount of the workshop fee has been transferred to the given bank account in time and a completed registration form has been sent to the organiser and participation is confirmed. When transferring money on the given bank account it is necessary to add workshop title + name of participant. Any bank charges related to transfers will be incurred by the participant.
CANCELLATION
If you cancel your registration 3-4 weeks before the event, you will receive a full refund minus a € 50 processing fee; 2 weeks before, you will receive a full refund minus a €150 processing fee. If you cancel 1 week before the workshop, you receive a full refund minus a 50% processing fee. Less than a week, your refund is subject to participant replacement. If a replacement is registered, you will receive a full refund minus a 25% processing fee. If you do not show up for the workshop without communicating, their registration payment will not be refunded.
LIABILITY
The participant is aware, that this movement practice is not intended to heal physical or emotional illness as a doctor or psychotherapist could do. It does not substitute therapeutical or medical treatment.
The participant agrees that she/he is responsible and liable for her/his injuries, losses and personal process of development and for her/his doings / behaviour during the course. In case he/she does suffer from any physical or mental illness he/she will confer with a doctor / therapist and the organizers / teacher to check if participation is possible.
He/she indemnifies the course instructor, the organisation and the host of the venue from any liability claims. Every participant is liable for damages caused.
