A Waves and Heartbeat Workshop
Expressing our longings, desires and passions means opening our heart and showing it in all its vulnerability. It takes courage to say what we want or don’t want. It takes courage to stand up for ourselves and our own history. And it takes courage to set our hearts on fire for something or someone.
This workshop is a journey of discovery around the rhythm staccato, which will be our teacher. How can we find a grounded center from which to face the world, show our wild, unadulterated, unique selves, and figure out how to accept ourselves as our own authority?
