Trust is something that we generate within ourselves: Trust in our perception, our intuition, strength and creativity, trust in others, trust in life…

The world is not safe. Life is not. And no insurance can protect us from the uncertainties of life – from broken promises and hearts, from events, private or global, that shake our world.

Instead of facing everything with mistrust and fear, we can practise keeping our feet on the ground and using our wings.

The 5Rhythms® are a wonderful tool when it comes to strengthening our intuition and self-confidence and accepting our vulnerability and fear. Following our inner guidance, we can develop courage so that we feel like taking the plunge and facing the unknown with a healthy excitement.
