Our annual charity Whitsun workshop with Bettina Leuckert and Dagmar Cee
The focus this year is on presence.
What does it take to really land in the here and now? And what happens between us if we succeed?
Following the map of the 5Rhythms®, we focus our attention on the different levels of being: Body, feelings, thoughts, soul, spirit. We welcome the many facets that make us who we are. We explore movement and let ourselves be surprised by the magic that arises when we dance through wave after wave and become more present for ourselves and for each other.
This workshop is suitable for people with and without previous experience.
Half of the profits will be donated to 5Rhythms® charitable causes.
